Diana Mills, Oklahoma

Diana Kay Mills, 37-year-old woman from Healdton, Oklahoma, has been charged with first-degree rape and contributing to the delinquency of minors, after a 13-year-old boy told police the woman gave him prescription drugs and alcohol and had sex with him.

According to local police, Mills confessed to having sex with the 13-year-old, but not with a 15-year-old who police said she also supplied with drugs and alcohol.

Both boys told police Mills supplied them with several types of prescription drugs. "They said she would allow them to come over and take these tabs while drinking beer”.


It's possible more teenage victims are involved, but so far they have not come forward or been identified.

Thelma Miles, Texas

Thelma Nicole Miles,, 29-year-old woman working for the Texas Youth Commission, has been accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy. Miles was a medical technician at the Hector Garza Treatment Center, a medium-level security facility operated by Abraxas, a Texas Youth Commission contractor, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

According to the affidavit, the boy escaped from the center last week and was picked up by Miles. She then allegedly took the boy to a hotel on Broadway to have sex. Police say she also admitted to taking the teen to a second hotel to have sex with him.

Miles finally took the teen to a home in Bell County, and he was then taken to the Bell County Detention Center and spoke to investigators about what happened.

Jennifer Montag, Utah

Jennifer Ann Montag 40-year-old foster mom from Weber County, Utah, has been charged with five felonies stemming from alleged sexual abuse of a 14-year-old foster son.

Investigators report that Montag and the boy had intercourse and oral sex several times at her home between Oct. 10 and 26. Montag faces three counts of forcible sodomy and two counts of rape.

Weber County sheriff's deputies were called to Montag's home in Hooper on Wednesday and told she'd been caught by a family member in her bedroom with her 14-year-old foster son, who was naked, according to court records.

Detectives said Mrs Montag admitted to being in a bedroom with the naked teen, which they said would have amounted to lewdness. But investigators said a Division of Child and Family Services caseworker interviewed the boy's sister, who also lived in the Montag home. The girl allegedly told the caseworker she was aware of a sexual relationship between her brother and Montag.

Montag allegedly confronted the family member after being discovered, court records state, telling him, "You will ruin our family. I could go to jail, and if I do, I will kill myself."

Liz Sollis, spokeswoman for the Utah Department of Human Services, said all foster children have been removed from Montag's home.

Susan Tappeiner, South Carolina

Last March Susan Tappeiner, 42-year-old Bluffton mother was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy she had been baby-sitting. Tappeiner faces criminal sexual conduct charges after she allegedly assaulted the boy in August while baby-sitting him and his sisters.
Last week in the Beaufort County Courthouse, Tappeiner was convicted by a jury of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor after two hours of deliberation.

The boy testified that on Aug. 15, 2008, he was watching movies with Tappeiner, her husband and two daughters, his sisters and another neighborhood girl at the Tappeiners' home.

After everyone fell asleep, he said, Tappeiner grabbed him by the arm and dragged him to her daughter's bedroom. She locked the door and struck him when he tried to escape, he told jurors. He testified that Tappeiner forced him to perform oral sex on her, then have sexual intercourse. He said Tappeiner told him not to tell anyone what had happened.

Lindsey Seymour, Tennessee

Lindsey Seymour, 27-year-old Jamestown woman has been indicted by the Fentress County grand jury on eight counts of statutory rape by an authority figure. She is accused of having a months long sexual relationship with a 16-year-old boy between June 2009 and September 2009 while she was employed as a teacher at the Alvin C. York Institute in Jamestown.

Seymour has been charged with eight counts of statutory rape by an authority figure.

Seymour came to the attention of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation by way of allegations made by the family of the student.

Following her indictment, Seymour turned herself in to authorities in Fentress County and was subsequently freed on $25,000 bond.

Seymour is married and lives in Allardt, Tenn. She attended Middle Tennessee State University and received her masters in education from Tennessee Tech.

Kristy Sanchez-Trujillo, New Mexico

Kristy Sanchez-Trujillo, 33-year-old teacher at Jimmy Carter Middle School has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a 13-year-old male student of hers. Trujillo faces three counts of criminal sexual penetration of a minor.

Trujillo lured the boy out of the classroom, and started having sex with him.

Sanchez-Trujillo came to the attention of school officials and police after she reportedly told another teacher of the alleged improper relationship and that teacher turned her in.

The criminal complaint states Sanchez-Trujillo and the student came to the Petroglyph National Monument and that they parked and had sexual relations on multiple occasions.

Police alleged that Sanchez-Trujillo told them her student was “more experienced than any man she’s had sex with” and described him as a “25-year-old in a 13-year-old’s body.”

Investigators said that the only reason the relationship ended was because the student’s older brother spotted the pair together.

At this point, police say the sexual contact did not happen at the school and don't think any other students are involved.

Sanchez-Trujillo was married until June of this year. According to divorce papers filed in district court Kristy Sanchez-Trujillo has three children -- ages 8 ,6 and 2.

Andrea Billingsley, West Jordan, Utah

Andrea Billingsley, 31-year-old teacher's aide at West Jordan Middle School has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sexual relations with two 15-year-old male students. Billingsley faces possible charges of forcible sexual abuse, forcible sodomy and distributing pornographic materials to minors. Authorities were alerted after the boys started bragging of their sexual conquests at school.

According to West Jordan Police Officer Dan Roberts, Billingsley met the boys while supervising an in-school suspension class. Investigators believe Billingsley would meet up with the boys on school grounds and take them elsewhere for a sexual relationship.
